Crab Dip

Ingredients:

1 1/2 packages (12 oz) Cream Cheese

3/4 cup Mayonnaise

2 teaspoons McCormick’s Old Bay

1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

1 lb. Lump Crabmeat

1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar

Directions:

Preheat Oven: 350 degrees

  1. Soften Cream Cheese in microwave

  2. Mix Cream Cheese, Mayonnaise, and seasonings in a bowl.

  3. Shred Cheese (or make sure you buy GF already shredded cheese)

  4. Mix shredded cheese into cream cheese mixture, reserving a little to sprinkle on the top.

  5. Put mixture in cooking/service dish

  6. Gently fold in crab meat

  7. Sprinkle top with some old bay and remaining cheddar

  8. Bake until hot and bubbly (around 20-25 minutes)

Serve with sliced baguettes like Schar or Greenlite Rustic.
